In-House Service

If on‑site maintenance of your devices isn’t feasible, we can assess repairs or upgrades at our Braunschweig headquarters or at a suitable global PROTEGO® subsidiary workshop. Please contact us before sending any equipment Geräte Machines, appliances, fixed or mobile devices, control parts and accessories, and warning and prevention systems, whether separate or combined, intended for the generation, transfer, storage, measurement, control, and conversion of energy, and for the processing of materials, which have their own potential source of ignition and may cause an explosion. .

We have detailed engineering drawings available back to 1995. For older equipment, repairs are often impractical; in such cases, we recommend replacing with current‑technology systems. We’ll be happy to advise you on the best solution.

PARC: PROTEGO® Authorized Repair Center - trained & audited by PROTEGO®

Many companies offer maintenance and repairs for PROTEGO® devices, but only a few truly understand the requirements of these type‑approved safety systems and their applications. Every maintenance job must begin with a read and understanding of the manufacturer’s operating manual
We frequently hear about fundamental errors made by inadequately trained personnel.

That’s why we’ve built a network of authorized service partners—PARCs—over the past several years. PARCs provide you with qualified, local support for maintenance and repairs.

Find the PARC closest to you via the interactive map or selection menu. Only listed locations (including corporate group sites) are authorized partners.
