For our After Sales Service department we are looking for a Customer Service Fitter.
- Inspection & maintenance Maintenance Combination of all technical and administrative actions, including supervision actions, intended to maintain or restore a unit in working order. , occasionally also installation & commissioning of PROTEGO® valves on construction sites and in customers' plants
- Recording of operating data on site
- Determination of malfunctions and/or damage on site
- Technical clarification after consultation with the internal sales department
- Providing feedback to the sales and design departments to improve valves
- Preparation of reports and logs (e.g. error logs, maintenance reports)
- Technical advice to customer maintenance personnel
- Completed training in a metalworking profession (mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic) or comparable (knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical engineering desirable)
- Professional experience in the field of work desirable, career starter also welcome
- Good English language skills desirable
- Good IT skills, in particular MS Excel, Outlook (Word, PowerPoint, ERP systems desirable)
- Regular national and occasional international travel willingness
- High quality and safety awareness
- Reliable as well as customer and target-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Good communication skills, self-confident appearance in direct customer contact.
